Coffee still warm from Tuesday

We roast in small batches every Tuesday and ship within a day, so the bag on your counter is never older than the week it was born in.

This week’s picks

All coffee

One roaster, one roasting day, no warehouse in between

Coffee is a fresh product. We buy small lots, roast them on a single day of the week and send them out immediately — which is why you always know how old your bag is.

  1. 01

    We buy small

Two or three sacks per lot, from importers who name the farm and the year. When a lot runs out, it is gone — we do not restock it with something similar.

  2. 02

    We roast on Tuesdays

One machine, one roasting day. Profiles are written for filter first and checked on the cupping table the morning after.

  3. 03

    We ship the same week

Bags are packed the day after roasting and leave within a working day. Nothing sits in a warehouse waiting for demand.
